This 1 day Effective Communication Skills training takes skilful salespeople and negotiators to a whole new level of understanding rapport and why people behave in the way they do, particularly under stress or moments of change, then develops the framework to re-package your communication to have more impact where it counts.

The Effective Communication Skills training explains how to quickly and easily get on the same wavelength, build rapport to high levels; tap into the values that drive people's behaviour; minimise conflict and rejection and establish a commercial beachhead in organisations that can present an unsympathetic or intimidating facade.
