LEADERSHIP

Each leadership course is tailored to suit the organisation with which we are dealing. The participants may comprise established senior executives who wish to develop their leadership skills or new or aspirant leaders who need a more fundamental approach. Facilitators are chosen to suit the level and nature of the programme. The following outline is included as an example and is tailored to a more senior group.

This course recognises that the role of the executive leader in business organizations has changed over the last decade. The pace of organizational change has increased and executives are being held more accountable by boards of directors for their actions.

Executives need, of course to understand the strategic and financial issues of the business, but they also need to be aware and understand their leadership style and emotional quotient, ways to motivate employees throughout the company Further they need to be able to manage organizational development to positively impact the culture of their organizations and appreciate ethical and corporate governance issues.

This three-day course focuses on helping executives learn how to identify and manage the challenges they face and provide techniques and tools so that the participants can immediately apply the principles to their personal and professional lives.
