PUBLIC PROGRAMS
Description

Many clients have asked us to schedule regular public programs so new sales team members or Sales Leaders can be quickly indoctrinated in the ‘Sales Methodology’ adopted by the company.

If you use our ‘Consultative Selling Skills’ (also known as Integrity Selling Skills) or our ‘Activity-Based Sales program’ as your standard sales training process, you will be interested in the time-table below. Additional States will be added in due course, and yet for now, programs will occur regularly in both Sydney and Melbourne.

Program Format

Sales Professionalism

A two (2) day modular program – Day 1 brings people up to speed on the ‘Consultative Selling Skills’ program, whilst Day 2 introduces participants to the ‘Sales Activity Planning’ model, the 7 universal laws of sales effectiveness and the various tools created by individual companies. Participants can attend either day or both depending on the needs of the company and the individual.

Sales Leadership & Coach Mastery

A two (2) day Sales Management program where participants learn a combination of skills and tools that can be used to motivate and manage the sales-force. The tools are practical, systematic and measurable. On day two, participants learn the practical yet soft skills of coaching and developing sales oriented people, and are equipped with a series of tools that can be used to develop and ensure the sales team lands the revenue target.
