SALES LEADERSHIP
This Sales Leadership Training is a 2 day Sales Management program which embeds a standard Sales Management methodology within an organisation. Participants learn a combination of skills and tools that can be used to motivate and manage the sales-force. The tools are practical, systemized and measurable. They create predictability in the performance of your sales team and, critically, your region, state or national revenue result.

This leadership training program exposes participants to internationally recognised Sales Management methodologies and tools that are tailored to your organisation. It creates a consistent framework; strengthens focus and direction; overcomes loose cannons; and builds a springboard to coach improved performance from the sales force.

Program Format

Designed as an inter-active sales management training program, participants are exposed to the tools and systems then allowed the time to create company specific versions of the tools in support of their current systems and processes.

Outcomes

Sales Managers will have the mechanisms to manage a diverse and eclectic group of individuals that typically make up a sales team, giving them the confidence for more accurate budget planning and forecasting; and the time to provide in-field support to the team to capitalise on new profitable sales opportunities.
