TRAIN THE TRAINER
Train-the-Trainer Program

Nominated Trainers attend a two to three (2 - 3) day event. This is an advanced Train-the-Trainer program designed to equip them with all the tools, resources and skills to run the program with internal team members. It assumes the participants have a basic skill level at facilitating a workshop and yet has the added bonus of incorporating Ian Stephens "Advanced Training Skills" program. This takes any participants level of Mastery in delivering training packages of any type to a new level. They learn skills / techniques and tools which can be applied to any other skills product that needs to be delivered within a company.

Aims

Minimises the costs associated with having external consultants roll-out extensive training programs.

Greatly reduces additional travel and accomadation expenses associated with training people.

Increases ownership and accountability for ongoing implementation of the tools and skills.

Content Overview

Day 1

Participants experience the one day or half day 'Training Program' as a participant. They experience it whilst tracking for the process of delivery. They also start to become a Subject matter expert in the content.

Day 2

Participants learn a series of process tools from Ian Stephens "Advanced Training skills" program. They dissect the process which underpins the delivery of the training content and learn to take their level of presenting skills "(See also Presentation Skills Training )" to the next level. Skills learned on this day can be transferred to any other program they deliver within the organisation.

Day 3

Participants present their segments in the natural flow of the program. Each participant receives a Facilitators Manual tailored program. This contains:

Facilitator Delivey notes, Masters of the program Guidebook and all handouts. A disk containing all electronic copies of masters and formal Powerpoint presentations and a DVD program of Ian Stephens delivering the workshop.
